      Free yourself from all that busyness and stress. This, unique montly event, is your chance to relax and immerse yourself in the deeply healing practice of Yin Yoga and Meditation by Candlelight. You will leave these sessions feeling calm and with a renewed sense of energy, ready to tackle whatever the month ahead brings! Cultivate the tools you need, to tap in to this power within you, wherever and whenever you need.   Your guide, Steevie Jean, has specialised in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and this will be a strong theme, throughout each session. We could all do with a little stress reduction, right? Simple but powerful meditative practices will be delicately woven in to each session. There are so many ways to pracitice mindfulness, come and discover what works best for you.   Within this peaceful setting, you will be invited to move through a series of gentle Yin Yoga postures. Designed to enable you to release built up tension and stress, within the body. Known to untangle those knots that build up from working hard. Please e-mail the teacher with any questions: If you have any questions relating to health or injury then please, either arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can chat or contact the teacher via e-mail at least 48 hours prior to the event. *This is a gentle practice and can be adapted for the majority of physical abilities. *If pregnant, please ensure you either have a strong history of practice or you have discussed this with your GP, before attending.   What can I bring into the event? All props will be provided. Wear comfortable clothing, suitable for movement. Please keep in mind this is a slow practice so layers and socks are recommended.   Are there age requirements to enter the event? Practice is suitable for anyone 16 years of age or above   Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? You are welcome to gift your ticket to someone else but please be sure to e-mail the teacher:
